We had our first real snow of the year yesterday and the kiddos in the neighborhood were out in full force. We had a rematch of the Shook v. Scheppat epic snowball fight (Shooks won of course - although when the twins gang up on you they are fierce!). Below is a quick video of V sledding down the hill in her last run of the evening. She was about done at this point (soaking wet and freezing cold), but kept wanting to go down despite the fact! I'm bummed that I didn't think to video some before but we were having too much fun (and I was shoveling).
We got a few more inches last night and are expecting some more on and off today as well. I think that I am just going to have to bite the bullet and get the kiddos some ski pants as they end up freezing their little buns off when they get wet doing snow angels.
